Elliot and Harrington Sound Parents Give Input New Features at Parish Primary School

Future Parish Primary School parents attended a second round of prototyping sessions at Elliot and Harrington Sound Primary Schools. Both schools are scheduled to open as Parish Primary Schools in September 2025.
During this second session, parents participated in the prototyping process, contributing their input on the various new curriculum and activities that will be launched at the new Parish Primary schools.
This hands-on approach, where parents and students are involved in creating sample features to test concepts, is a unique opportunity for you to shape our children's education. Over 100 parents, teachers and community partners attended the Harrington Sound and Elliot sessions.
A parish primary school is a key component of Bermuda's education reform plan. They are community-based education hubs that serve as centers for learning, support, and development for children, families and communities. When fully implemented, Parish Primary Schools will ensure equity, better student outcomes, and stronger community ties across Bermuda’s education system.
