ACTING APPOINTMENT

 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Keith Robinson, Barrister and Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for 22^nd April 2026 for the below specified matter: 

• 2023/2 app. Steven Hollis et al -v- Hospitality Management Services Ltd. Minister of Finance
