THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA (SECTION 81)
RE-APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR AND MEMBER
TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 81 of the Constitution of Bermuda, the Governor has been pleased to reappoint:
Ms Shelia Hendrickson as Chair of the Public Service Commission for a period of three years with effect from 1 August 2025
and
Mr Randolph Simons as a Member of the Public Service Commission for a period of three years with effect from 14 June 2025.
